Meet Our Chefs

Jason Esposito

Jason is Italian and found his love for food at his grandmother's table. Together they made homemade noodles, pasta sauces, and more. After finishing culinary school, Jason earned top rankings in his class for his Italian dishes that reminded him of his grandmother. To this day, we serve some of Grandma Esposito's famous sauces in our kitchen.

Hannah Anderson

Hannah always knew she wanted to be a chef from the moment she received her easy bake oven. Throughout culinary school, she was the top of her class in baking and managed to take first place in each of her bake-offs. Hannah is our dessert specialist and we wouldn't have it any other way.

Master Takahashi

Born and raised in Tokyo, Master Takahashi moved to NYC at age 18 to pursue culinary arts. Takahashi has a background not only in traditional Japanese cooking, but has developed his own style of cooking that he now teaches at the NYU College of Culinary Arts. He's the genius behind our Gold Sushi dessert and several of our other seafood dishes.
